Steve Giannone and his wife, Betty, have lived and worked in Real Estate in the Texas hill country for over 35 years.  Steve’s background is in the mortgage industry, which equips him with outstanding value analysis and negotiating skills.  Betty’s experience is in real estate marketing where she honed her skills at reaching out to buyers for national development companies.  With their combined talents, specializing in marketing and transaction management they offer both buyers and sellers a distinct advantage in the real estate marketplace.

 

Steve attended St. Thomas in Houston, he enjoys watching professional sports, and chasing a small white ball in Texas wide open spaces.  Betty grew up in Chicago but moved to Austin for the music in the late 70’s.  She also enjoys chasing the white ball, just from several strokes behind.  Together they have raised 3 fine young men, all married and starting their families, and are fortunate to have them in close by cities, so a Sunday dinner is generally in the plans.
